You acknowledge that cooking and food preparation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, burns, cuts, and foodborne illness. cookingflavorhub shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of any recipe or advice found on the Site.

5. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cookingflavorhub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to:

In no event shall cookingflavorhub’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to cookingflavorhub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved as follows:

1. Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other in good faith. All legal inquiries may be directed to contact@cookingflavorhub.com.
2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may request mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Mediation Rules.
3. Binding Arbitration: Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in the United States, in English, and the arbitrator’s award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs as determined by the arbitrator.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in the United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Modifications to the Terms

cookingflavorhub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or conduct that we deem harmful to the Site or its community. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
